I’m having to post this from my lemmy account because my kbin account has been rendered useless. This only just started happening.

I have the same issue, I posted to Lemmy communities from my kbin account and my posts are visible on kbin but not on the server I posted to.
Here’s my posts history on 2 different servers, both are incomplete:
