        It was also revolutionary when it came out. It’s the car for the atomic age. Remember this car came out in the 50s. Compare it to the boats on the road. It’s sleek, it lacks a grille, it pioneered technologies in braking, transmission, and handling. It was the first mass production car equipped with hydropneumatic suspension, as well as disc brakes. If you saw this at the 1955 Paris Motor Show, you probably would have been blown away. Here it is in 1966 at the Amsterdam International Autoshow displayed like a rocket.
