I’m a bit lame, but there’s nothing like taking that first sip of coffee in the morning while watching my dog run around
Honestly, same! Nothing like coffee and contemplation before the chaos of everyday life ensues.
Not lame at all, being able to enjoy the little things is actually something pretty big
The first ten seconds after you get into a car in the summer and it’s toasty and warm. Even when I’m eager for the AC, I still savor those first few seconds, like sitting in laundry fresh from the dryer.
I thought I was alone, this feeling is great!
Especially when you come out of a really cold building into the heat and you kind of thaw out for a bit.
Interesting. That’s one of the things I dislike most in life 🤔
Sunrise. We live close to the ocean on the East Coast of U.S.
Since I leave for work by 0515 I see plenty of sunrises.
Breakfast. I don’t know why I like eggs, bacon, and hash browns so much but it feels like it’s a part of my soul.
That first “sit” after a long/busy day when you realize you’re truly done for the day and can relax and it just sorta washes over you, it’s so good
Man, this sounds lame, but. I love room temperature water. I’m very lucky to have good tap where I live.
Waking up next to my wife. Hugs from my son. When you get the butter on the pancake while it’s still hot enough to melt instantly. Seeing the inside of a cat’s mouth when they yawn.
Being welcomed home from work by my dog. Always so happy to see me! Really picks me up even after a rough day.
My chickens just wandering around the backyard scratching for things to eat. I’ve been seeing this every day for over a decade and it never gets old. I just love to watch them forage.
There’s something so relaxing about watching chickens. And the little sounds they make when they’re happy, so peaceful.
