Worst experience ever trying to get a refund. Daryl Hall canceled due to COVID Thursday. Spent half an hour on chat today only to be told at the end, sorry refunds are no longer being offered.’ I’m like it was YESTERDAY! I said give me a manager or a phone number to call. Been on hold now for 45 minutes. This whole process blows. I am beyond fired up. My buddy said he had no issues. Most everyone would be asking for refunds. Anyone else dealing with this mess?

The other piece they tried pulling was I could go watch golf, which didn’t interest me. Check my ticket. If I watched golf fine no refund. I didn’t. Give me my refund. Seems like it’s hit and miss.

Update. As I was rage posting earlier. Despite what I was told prior today, I just got an email saying my refund request was approved. So there is hope. Go the distance!
