I like it but I haven’t even attempted anything online. Then again I didn’t buy it for online play. That said create a wrestler and mode types need some help. Gameplay is solid.
Nice. I’ll probably pick it up when it goes on sale.
I watched some people play the “GM mode” on YouTube and it looked like fun. Albeit a bit repetitive with the weekly chores (eating, exercise) or whatever those were.
That’s the career mode which I enjoyed, it has several directions it can go. The stuff between matches is goofy for the most part and it is a bit repetitive. What surprised me is how fun the mini games are. I just wish you didn’t have to unlock them through career mode.
The general consensus from my friends that actually own it (I’m waiting for a sale because I’ve got bills n shit), is that if you want a solid, fun, wrestling game that you can just pick up and play, it’s super great. If you want insanely accurate CAWs, tons of match types, and GM-type modes, stick with the WWE2K franchise.
Personally, I’ve only played a dozen or so matches at a friend’s place, but I very much enjoyed what I played.
