Each year the Ferrari Club closes down the truck route into Virginia City, NV and lets street cars run up as fast as they want with only basic safety requirements. Because there is a return road they can keep cars moving up over two days (practice Saturday and timed runs Sunday) so most drivers get 10 or more tries. Its a 5.2 mile climb from 4800ft to 6300ft elevation.

TONS of supercars, normal cars, fun cars, loud cars, all out to be driven by people that want to drive on a highway as fast as they can.

I set the record in 2021, a Mclaren Senna took the record in 2022, and this year I tried to get it back. The GT2 RS just isn’t going to do it, though without taking some chances I’m not willing to take.

Mostly stock.
