No one can get there yet. Everyone is battery constrained at the moment. 5-10 years from now is my guess. Even Tesla, BYD and VW are struggling to get enough cells. I think your only chance is used, a Bolt, or maybe in 2 years, Tesla’s $25-30k economy car that the Mexico plant is going to build.
