Around 8:45 this morning I was driving Northbound on the central motorway, a bit before the Gosforth exit. There was a young boy dressed in what looked like school uniform with blazer, walking along the motorway on the paved section. The paved section eventually tapers off and merges with the road. He looked about 9 or 10 maybe, and had what looked like a phone in his hand. Did anyone else see him? I was concerned about him so rang Forth banks to report it and I’m not sure what happened after that.
