Starfield currently has a bug (among the dozens of others) that goes like this:
You walk up behind an NPC and start a dialogue. The normal behavior is the NPC turning their body and facing you to start dialogue.
But sometimes the NPC does not turn their body around but turns their whole head in a 180° to face you and begin speaking.
It’s really unnerving to see.
