Police violence in the US is very serious and deserving of investigation by the ICJ as a crime against humanity, especially considering law enforcement behavior in low-income and non-white neighborhoods.
There are no good police officers in the States anymore. Those that don’t engage in violence or robbery themselves have to support and defend those who do, often by lying in court.
