Does your anxiety (if you’re anxious) take up spoons and push you toward burnout?

I’m sitting/lying here worrying and getting more and more tired.

Coping strategies?

    It’s too difficult to give generalised advice because it is fairly context dependent. I know for me that I get anxious a lot if I can’t sleep because then the mind wanders. Knowing that I just do things to distract myself like listening to podcasts during those times so that my brain has something else to focus on.

      Agreed. Podcast distraction works when sleeping or dropping off. But the only solution to my over stimulating work environment is to manage it with breaks, or not be there.

    It certainly can, though I think there’s a low level which I can tolerate for a long time if not already burned out … assuming I ever get to that state again…
