This doesn’t work for me because I’m still hungry for about an hour after I eat. I’m full before I’m not hungry, and if I eat until I’m full, that was way too much food.
I have to decide when to stop just based on how much I think I’ve eaten.
I have ADHD and can’t remember shit. Regularly forget to eat, hate making food, eating is usually a chore I seek to finish quickly so I can get back to doing other things.

What if you feel full but still hungry?
Then you have an eating disorder.
Or anxiety…
