Working with traditional technologies does not take up too much of my time, but all I see in the response, is that what I am planning is wrong. I have taken note of your recommendation for learning Docker. Thank you.

I was trying to stick to technologies that I know and that I am comfortable with.

I have watched some docker tutorials, and it just seems more complicated to me. All tutorials requires a terminal and I am trying to avoid having to having an open port 22.

So, that’s the main reasons.

Pixel 7. When I got it, it updated it and then flashed calyx :)

I got a pixel, because they are some of the easiest to flash. I strongly considered a fairphone 4, but the 60hz screen was a dealbreaker for me.

What I like: the boost in nits and better battery. I don’t seem to notice much difference in the photo department.

What I dislike: coming from a pixel 4, the pixel 7 is quite large.

Usually doesn’t work on newer builds. Even with no nic driver installed it wants to connect.

That can be circumvented, luckily. When setting up the computer, hit shift+F10 and type in: OOBE\BYPASSNRO That will restart the computer, and it is now possible to create a local account. Why they would make it so difficult is hard to fathom, besides datamining it’s userbase and profit… oh wait, I got it now.

This is great news. I am looking forward to seeing how the makers will react to this.
