  • Have never used a toolless male RJ45 like the one you linked, so no recommendation there. I use ‘passthrough’ RJ45s, and a Klein Crimper tool that also strips and cuts the ends, with CAT6 solid cable. It still takes some skill, and care (patience doesn’t hurt either), but they always work. Start by just stripping the CAT6 cable, untwisting and straightening the wires, and lining them up to 568B standard. If that’s not too difficult give the passthrough’s and tool a try.
