Exactly, when pressure surpasses the caps rating it will vent excess pressure which doesn’t happen often.
Doesn’t work like that. The car would be having to run hot enough to create more pressure than what the cap is rated for. If what you’re saying was true cars would be spraying coolant all the time from the overflow.
I would leave it if it was my car.
Not at all, I’m making over 120k/ year, I get weekends and holidays off. It’s hard work but so is everything else.
For the money you can buy an Autel maxis scantool at about $400 it’s bidirectional so it can command brake service mode, then you buy pads and rotors and diy. I doubt it needs rears at threat mileage though.
