Yeah this was my experience as well. No one cheers anyone on in gym class. In fact I remember getting teased for participating and actually trying on multiple occasions.

The reality of it is we know straight up banning guns is the only way to truly solve this problem. Absolutely! I recently beat Black Mesa and it was a great game. It’s been a long while since I played HL but I’d argue Black Mesa is the better HL experience in terms of modern FPS game mechanics and overall feel.

Yep, there are two endings I know of for sure where V survives. I believe they added another V survives ending after the Phantom Liberty DLC. They all might not be the happiest of endings but V lives.
