You take the car in to the dealer, if it’s a manufacturer defect it’s a free fix and you’ll probably get a loaner car.

Just chill on the couch and let them text or email you, come to a number you’re happy with and then see if you can do the paperwork online

Do all the negotiation via text or email before going in. There’s no reason to sit there for that long.
