Seems like bullshit to me, but then I was brought up on the phonics system in the 70s. No clue what they’re teaching now.
Reality is probably a mix of phonics, predicting, and context.
For example, this bit:

Fun fact… Fred Grandy (Gopher) went on to become a United States Congressman from Iowa.
Google says my house in Portland to Philly is 1 day, 18 hours. But I’m pretty sure that’s not counting rest stops.
Neither are the socialists, who aren’t even on the ballot in enough states to win ANYTHING.
“A complete consistency (either within the compass of the Silmarillion itself or between The Silmarillion and other published writings of my father’s) is not to be looked for, and could only be achieved, if at all, at heavy and needless cost.”
Removed, no NSFW tag.
1/6 will be different if Trump loses because he won’t be allowed to have a gathering in D.C. That shit will be shut down faster than you can blink.
Even if Trump WINS, he still won’t be allowed a gathering until the inauguration on 1/20.
Quite a lot of the misinformation out of PA stems from a willful ignorance of how all this stuff works.
For example… the voter registration drives turning in invalid registrations:
“District attorneys and election officials in both Lancaster County and York County are looking into potential election-related fraud after authorities received large batches of voter registration materials from a “third-party organization.” Both York and Lancaster counties have more registered Republican voters than Democrats, according to state data, with York Republicans holding a 63% majority in the area and Lancaster Republicans at a 61% majority.”
When you do a voter registration drive, you are legally obligated to submit all registrations, valid or not. The only entity with the legal authority to reject registrations as valid is the State Secretary of State office.
This is because, back in the day, parties would do registration drives and just shit-can any registration for opposing parties.
Now, even if some dumbass fills out a registration for “Mickey Mouse” or “Superman”, it STILL has to be submitted to the Secretary of State for rejection.
That’s not “voter fraud”.

Steve Kornacki, the MSNBC data guy, is pretty freaking stellar.

So, my wife did this here. When she bought the postcard postage, the machine PRINTED the stamps. They weren’t something you could run out of.
It was a printed stamp and a QR code.

Oh, shit, Buzz Aldrin’s still alive?
The Cell is a deeply, DEEPLY fucked up movie.
The statement isn’t about “A” monkey. It’s about an infinite amount of monkeys.
The alternative is she’s an idiot. What’s the over/under on that?
