Its surprising to see Lemmy hate loli so much since much of the Mastodon fediverse is full of it. Just look at Pawoo, Baraag, Misskey, and a ton of other small instances. I was hoping to see a lot of old style redditors who liked free speech show up when Lemmy got popular but that didn’t happen. I guess they’ve all dispersed and gone elsewhere or off the internet entirely.
Any good threads in particular on spacefucker? It seems interesting but kinda hard to navigate.
Feel like its a lot easier to have an archive of posts on Lemmy. Also, actual discussion. Maybe not as convenient for a quick jerk off but great if I want to actually find something specific later.
I agree that the general Lemmy community is pretty bad and it makes browsing All pretty bad. Comes down to Lemmy devs being communists I think.

No actual porn is allowed to be posted there, per the community creator’s rules. Also disa alluded to zoo porn might be illegal in the Netherlands (where this is hosted) and I’m not 100% sure about netherlands law but I ain’t pushing it.
From what little psychological studies I can find, that is basically true. Normally, underage relationships are illegal outright because one party is older and taking advantage. But even if both parties are underage, it is correlated with less emotional development and sometimes difficulty building other healthy relationships. It isn’t really an “ethical vs unethical” question when you have, say, two twelve year olds messing around. What are you gonna do, arrest them? Whip them? But if you’re some party responsible for those kids (parent, guardian, teacher, whatever) basically you want to keep them off of eachother lol. Hence why separate bathrooms, no co-ed sleepovers, whatever.
Biologically speaking, stopping incest after a few generations makes sense. However I hardly think it would work in practice… like “Ah yeah, well your grandparents were cousins, and your parents were siblings, so you’ve got a whole incest family going on, but that means you two have to stay off eachother, sorry!”
I dunno man, I just KNOW its associated with me in some way. Whether its messing with my ads and search results, or my usage data is being sold around in an “anonymized” capacity that can be de-anonymized. Maybe I’m overly paranoid (nobody’s trying to dox my porn account) but it just bugs me.
I used Brave for quite a while after having some kind of problem with mobile firefox. It got worse and worse the whole time, it defaults to a home screen with ads on it now. I assumed they got bought out or something a while ago. Sad to say but not really shocked that they’re doing some kind of aggressive data collection.

God, I remember when Discord blew up and basically destroyed Teamspeak and Mumble overnight. I didnt think teamspeak was lacking ease of use, but I was wrong. It was really big on MMOs. Being able to go straight in your browser and type “discord.gg/guildname” without downloading anything got people who NEVER used voice chat on to servers. Everybody eventually downloaded the desktop version later, but many of those people would never download desktop IRC/teamspeak and remember an IP address.
Of course it also helped that it was free to host 24/7 with zero tech knowledge, so any moron could host without needing to pay for a server or leave their computer on for it to stay up. But even people who could host quickly moved to discord.
Now Discord owns basically everyone’s gaming chat and can moderate your server whether you like it or not, compared to if you had a server on your computer nothing could take it down except actually getting the police on your ass.
They’re going to start trying to really profit off it soon, and it’s going to get a lot worse.
Ehhhhh head to Dill.burggit.moe, it is not that bad. Make some text posts, it’s mostly just porn pics with no comments (like this site), we could use it. There’s not enough support from other lemmy instances to make a place like this worthwhile but there is enough support from other fediverse instances to make the other site worthwhile. I don’t like that it has a twitter-style interface but hey, there’s people over there.
