Wow, I’m sure this is going to ingratiate him to the judge, who has already ruled guilty and gets to decide to what extent his businesses are dismantled and how high the fines go, which could go as high as $250 million and easily bankrupt his grossly over leveraged fraudulent organization. But no, go on ahead Trump, keep harassing the Judge who is also the jury in this case. See how it plays out in the end.
But seriously, what asinine appellate judge thought staying this order was appropriate? Trump is right, he is treated differently than every other defendant, given vastly more privileges, deference, and advantages than any normal defendant. Any other person would be locked in jail at this point. Most judges falling all over themselves to give him whatever he wants though, many appointed by himself. Gag order may be reinstated within a couple weeks though. And he continues to dig his own grave in terms of providing loads of evidence to support why he should be under gag orders for his other cases as well.
The problem is they’re letting him dig more graves than his own. Our “justice” system is a fucking joke.
Literally, this is worse than kindergarten. At least there, there’d be an authority to come in and remove the child smearing fecal matter on the walls…
