Nothing seems to be going right for utd, and as satisfying as it was for a while now it’s a little depressing.

Obviously Liverpool are our biggest rivals now, and as much as I love this new relationship with them, I should care more about games against utd but I just don’t, they don’t compare to us anymore. (I still love a Derby, still great fun to watch, but they’re never stressful anymore, and I always expect a win against them whereas Liverpool games always feel like they could go both ways).

Things just haven’t seemed to go right for utd since he left, and I had a thought today that the best manager to save them from their post Fergie downfall… is Fergie no?

We’d probably never see it happen, based on what was said in his autobiography the man is finished managing, but how cool would it be to see him come back? And am I right in thinking he could actually turn things around?

Feels weird to say, but I would genuinely be so exited for the league and our rivalry if Fergie came back 😂

I also want that to happen so Pep can show him levels (again) and everyone can see who the goat is.

      1. Pep beating an 80+ year old man who had emergency brain surgery not long ago, and retired 10 years ago, would mean absolutely nothing.

      2. Pep doesn’t compare to Fergie. Ferguson is the best manager that’s existed.

Lad he destroyed him in two CL finals. And I would want PRIME Ferguson in the PL now. It doesn’t matter, Pep would show him levels no matter what. He’s so clear of that long ball merchant.

Every knowledgeable person says Pep is the best ever. Only Brits and other PL fanboys rate Ferguson that highly.

No, he couldn’t turn it around.

You need to get a life, mate. Internet fandom is the saddest thing in football. Growing chillies has better outcomes than the drivel you’ve just posted.

Yeah just for the record OP, we’re only sporting rivals, that’s it. If youse went bang tomorrow you’d be forgotten in a snap and it will always be that way.

Be nice to an old man plz. No one cares about United more than him and as a fan I really don’t want to see him facing this dilemma as a manager anymore.

He’s 80+, the game has changed significantly since he retired. He also wouldn’t risk his legacy. There’s not much chance of him returning.

Also, in my opinion, Guardiola has now surpassed him after last season’s success.

Not the kind of stuff to brag brother. Give it time and the season will turn in our favour soon.

😂 cocky new generation fans. The existence of city’s fan base started after 2012. United haven’t been playing their best football agreed. But the Derby over-all win percentage should tell you enough about how dominant we’ve been. 78-60 even after you have the best squad in your premier league history right now.
