I’ve recently watched a youtube video about Paulo Futre. I always thought I knew generally everything about football, but when I saw him it seemed like there was so much that I’ve not seen. Futre was top class, it’s a shame that he got injured during his peak. He was Maradona’s favorite player.
Another one is the Brazilian wonderkid, Dener who tragically passed away at 23 in a car accident days before his move to Europe. He used to play against Maradona, and after the match the Argentine legend went to the opponent’s dressing room just to shake hands with Dener.
I’m not a big Maradona’s fan, he just happened to be in both stories 😂
