Yes. A youth can be attracted to both adults and other youths, so the first two can definitely happen simultaneously And youth-attracted person could be an adult or a youth. And if you’re agefluid or polyage, then you might see yourself as a youth some times and adult at other times. So you might use the term youth-attracted adult (YAA)

I don’t see why not. There might be a more fitting term for it, but I don’t know what it would be.
