I was going to say we should protect this woman at all costs, but it seems she already got bullied off the internet…
I’ve been out with Marvel movies for a while, so I originally passed on these, even though I love Spiderman, but your analysis made me curious, so I went and watched both movies, and yeah, it was easy to place characters as MAPs in the queer community and added several layers to the story. It makes me want to watch more shows and movies through this type of lens and see if anything pops out. I’ll bet there’s tons of movies we could say reflect the average MAP experience (even if it’s in hindsight).
Happy Transage Pride Day from a trace M/YAP!
I don’t see why not. There might be a more fitting term for it, but I don’t know what it would be.
This is the definition I will be using going forward. Thank you for putting it in such simple terms!
Just going off what I heard, but I believe it was a picture of Hololive’s Natsuiro Matsuri and her mom in a threesome. Matsuri isn’t a loli (just flat), but she is VERY OPENLY a lolicon to the point where she made her mom’s VTuber design into a loli. I think the fact that Matsuri is very openly a lover of little girls lends a lot of credibility to the idea that Vaush could be one as well.
Honestly, my first thought was “content created by open MAPs”, but that may be because I want to see more content created by my community as well. Assuming that’s the case, it’s kind of hard to come by, as any open MAP on any social platform is banned on sight (for the most part). Your best bet is to just stick with any Japanese creator who is openly lolicon/shotacon or most anyone who does a lot of Blue Archive content on the lewder side (because BA is notorious about it’s fanbase loving all the “cute and funny”).
Snow White was 14 and the irl Pocahontas was 12 or 13. Imagine if Disney kept that detail in. We’d have an entire generation thinking more fondly of age-gapped relationships by now.
I’ve been thinking that Peter Pan is a similar type of story (though you don’t hear many references to it normally).
Is anyone watching “Delico’s Nursery”? If so, would it go well on this list?
