I thought I might share a tasty, high protein recipe for y’all.
Note: of course you don’t have to add all the ingredients in the vid. If you don’t have bay leaves anywhere near you, leave them out lol.

I sometimes get lucky with ingredients, and I actually like to stockpile a wide variety of recipes for such an occasion. Things happen in life, but I won’t let it stop me from enjoying it as much as I can!
But mmmm, whole kitten. That’s got to be at least 20 grams of protein. Need to keep min-maxing for gains.
