Some months ago, i was in a cosplay convention and there was a political organization called the women’s league of voters. The person that was promoting the organization called me and she asked me some questions about voting. I told her I am against voting but in a very outlandish and vauge way because I was afraid I would give out too much information on my politics.

This made me wonder what should I do if I get sucked into political conversations. Do any of you guys have any advice?

Doesn’t the league of women’s voters provide a lot of helpful information on ballot initiatives, candidates, etc? They’re probably more interested in making sure people are educated and vote than discussing sides. They’re one of the much better viewed organizations for politics and I’ve used them a lot in ballot season (especially when things are intentionally worded poorly) https://www.lwv.org/

But to answer your question, “no thank you” and continue on. Being weird about it makes you look weird.

      That group sucks

-Pro-electoralism -Liberal bs in general -Anti-gun rights -Defending zionist settlers as “victims”

That group only comes off as right-wing noise that should be ignored
