I like KeepassXC, mostly cuz it’s all offline. Little more work since maintaining/merging/bringing along multiple copies is all on you, but I don’t think any of those is too hard. Have heard good things about BitWarden but never tried it

I self host Bitwarden using Vaultwarden but if you aren’t comfortable with self hosting stuff I would suggest a combination of KeePass(XC) and Syncthing or pass and git
