I have smaller hands, and allot of reviews said that they find the SD comfortable because they have large hands and most devices are too small for them. So going into my purchase I was a little apprehensive, but I can honestly say it is the most comfortable controller/handheld device I have used. Obviously everyone is different and ymmv but over all the SD is extremely comfortable to hold.
