I do body pump classes 2x week and don’t find they cause any dizziness. Although, my classes are in the afternoon, after I have ended my fast, so that’s probably why. Good to have someone around the same stats 👌. Hope we both get to our goal weight 💪
I don’t know about a “best time”. I guess whatever works for you. For me, I do my workouts after work, after I have broken my fast. I eat around 1_2pm then my classes start at 5.30pm.
