Sorry to hear your Redeye was stolen. Before I got my M340 I was strongly considering the Scat Pack Widebody (love the 392 and the exhaust). The main reason I didn’t get it is because of how stolen they are and the city I live in is where the Kia Boyz gang was founded (Milwaukee). Lots of car theft here and they don’t limit it to Kia products. While I don’t have a full M car like you safe to say my car has never been broken in to or stolen. I hide all my valuables and have the ability to track the car via GPS from the app for some peace of mind.

I hope you enjoy your new M2, have fun with it! I have not heard of any BMWs around me being stolen, I have friends that have the M4 and M240 and they have had no instances.

Thanks for the info about the rotors. Yeah I have had a suspicion it’s due to the amount of brake dust. I’ve never had a vehicle accumulate brake dust as bad as this car has. The pads I have on order are Ceramic-Granule so I do hope it eliminates some brake dust!

Give me the F series with the G series interior quality but the previous Idrive 7.

The now previous gen 5 series, current gen 3, and current gen 8 are all good.

If you want a good car get the X7. If you want an EV get the X. There are way better EVs to choose out there.

Not a B48 owner but I use the oil that BMW wants me to, not a shop. Best stick to what the manufacturer states
