I resisted SUVs for a long time. Once we had kids, though, my wife won out. We now have a Q4 Etron and a Tucson for when we need to go on trips where charging isn’t sufficient.

We’ll probably roll with a similar combo until the kids are older, and by then I hope there is a Sonata or A6 sized EV sedan, and I can go back to sedan life while my wife keeps an suv/crossover.

Q4 is 5 inches wider and 4 inches longer than the A3.

Compared to the A4 it’s 3 inches wider but 4 inches shorter.

So it sorta fits in between the two, exterior dimension wise, if you don’t mind the extra width. And it’s got more functional interior space than an A4
